THREE WAYS TO PLAY Pick'em — pick every game, one point per correct pick. Survivor — one team a week, never twice. Lose and you're out. Confidence — rank every game. The surer you are, the more it's worth. Every format also runs in Losers mode, where picking the loser is the point. BUILT SO NOBODY CAN CHEAT Picks lock at each game's kickoff, and locking is enforced on our servers — not on your phone. A no-pick is a loss and can't be filled in afterward. Nobody sees another player's pick until that game starts, so there's no copying the sharp in your pool and no reading the room on Sunday morning. THE TUESDAY RECAP When the week is graded, your pool gets a recap deck. Who topped it, who bottomed out, the pick only one person made that came in, the game the whole room got wrong. Every card is shareable, and one tap fires it into your pool's Trash Talk with your name attached. TRASH TALK Every pool gets a board. PickemBOSS itself posts when games lock, when an upset lands, and when the week is graded — so there's always something to argue about. Five reactions, a pinned commissioner note, and the tools a manager needs: report, mute, hide, delete. MY STATS Your record everywhere you've played. Win rate overall, by pool type, and by league. Current streak and your best ever. Weeks won, weeks lost. The teams you read best and the ones you should stop picking. Choose the format, the mode, the start week, and whether the playoffs count. Share one invite code. Approve players, edit names, see who hasn't picked, print the standings or a full picks grid for the wall at the bar. Set a message every member sees when they open the pool.
