Pickems makes it simple to run a season-long prediction league:

Create a league in seconds or join one with a private invite code. No email, phone number, password, subscription, or purchase is required to play as a guest.

Pickems is free entertainment. It does not offer gambling, wagering, entry fees, cash prizes, or anything of monetary value.

Guest accounts are tied to the current app installation and may not be recoverable after deleting the app, erasing the device, or moving to another device. Accounts using Sign in with Apple or Google can restore access on supported devices.
