I deleted the app and then put it back on my phone. It synced to my printer like a dream, and was ideal for a baby book I was creating. Then, the app not only stopped working, but it seemed like everytime, it stopped working for a different reason. It didn’t sync to the Wi-Fi (which, in a BluTooth world is an inexcusable design flaw). It crashed when I selected Gallery. It didn’t recognize the cartridge. Excuses, excuses, excuses. I get it. The SereneLife corporation is a tech Corp like any other tech Corp. Out with the old, in with the new, and drop old tech. That’s fine. But when you still present this app on the store as if it works, you make the consumers feel like they can take advantage of a relatively cheap printer with duel ink cartridge/printing paper (which I bought two back up cases of, still sitting in their box, that I ended up wasting money on). If you really are making the app irrelevant, take the app off the store. It’s extremely sleazy to be offering hope that this app will be updated and bugs will be fixed, when we both know that will not be happening anytime soon.
