Horrible experiences with logistic of getting the items back and ups delayed one of the items and they charged me the full price of the item even though ups hasn’t declared it lost. I am so upset and feel robbed. I will be telling everyone I know to never use this!

My worst nightmare came true and a renter never returned my Gucci sunglasses. Pickle took multiple weeks to help me with my issue and mark the item as stolen. In the end they reimbursed me but I can’t find the same sunglasses I had bought online anymore.

I've been using Pickle for over two years and cannot recommend it enough. I've made real money on pieces that were just sitting in my closet, and saved even more by renting instead of buying something new for a one-off event. Plus, you get access to so many cute pieces you'd never otherwise have in your closet. If you haven't tried it yet, download it — you will love it!

It’s a race to the bottom. Let’s be logical people. If someone is lending out their “Pucci” top which retails for 1-2k are they really going to risk lending it out for $80? Makes no sense. If it seems too good to be true, guess what? It probably is.

I love using Pickle for any event I have coming up and it truly saves so much money all while you can earn money too! The layout of the app is very user friendly and I have had great experiences while using the app.

If you have an important, event, wedding, party or anything that means something to you, DO NOT USE THIS APP. The renters are incredibly unreliable and will cancel 3 days prior to your pick up with no repercussions on their end. It does not protect the customer or offer anything aside from falsities. The horror stories from others are also insane.

If you are thinking about renting items from your personal closet on pickle, think again. If a renter damages your item, their team will not take accountability and will not cover the repairs for your item as their “protection” claims. Not worth it.
