I’ll probably be ordering Picklemans less in the future. ### 2/5 — Where’s my store? *2023-03-05* Frustrating when the app doesn’t show the store that’s 2 minutes from my house. Instead I have to order from the online site. It used to be there. Food is great but not the app if my store isn’t there. ### 2/5 — Take Forever *2020-02-16, version 3.0.46* Needs a better system for online orders. A better queue for notifying customers of a ready order. ### 2/5 — Learn to update your app. *2019-08-04* This app is nice but comes with a lot of bugs that have not been fixed or improved nor has it had an update in some time. It’s almost as a group of people made an app and forgot about it. The food at your stores is amazing but this app is the reason why I don’t order much from them because it just bugs out and takes forever to load. So please do keep good upkeep on your apps so other people don’t have to get frustrated and order somewhere else like I did right now. I really wanted my Sammy :,( ### 1/5 — Bug Laden & Poor UX *2019-01-08, version 3.0.44* The update introduced bugs that hinder completing orders. Even worse, the UX makes it possible to clear forms that were filled by a simple misclick, particularly the payment section. As of 1/8/2019: Gave it another try. Got to the end of the checkout process and hit “Submit.” The app crashed. Instant delete. ### 4/5 — Pretty decent *2018-12-07, version 3.0.44* Should allow previous orders to be accessed. Currently you can’t see/alter any orders. No bueno. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2018-11-21, version 3.0.43* You cannot sign up for the rewards program. You keep getting a loading page that never ends. Also the Payment is difficult. There is no option to have it remember your card, and there is no option for Apple pay. Very inconvenient. ### 3/5 — Save the trouble and just call store. *2018-07-24* The app was supposed to be an easy way to order my food for my lunch time breaks. I’ve actually found that all of the revisions that I make to my food (no cheese add avocado) never make it to the ticket that’s printed at the store so I end up with everything that I didn’t want on my order and nothing that I actually want and was charged for. The delivery experience isn’t so great. I order food for delivery due to not wanting to leave my apartment for whatever reason. The last 2 times the driver has called me to ask me to meet them at the front door of my apartment building. This is annoying to me since I am paying a delivery fee and also a tip for what should be a delivery directly to my apartment door. Will start ordering food from elsewhere. ### 3/5 — Can't order while logged in *2018-06-12* Wanted to start doing their rewards thing, but when I'm logged in the app tells me there are no locations near me. I only have home and work as saved addresses. When I log out, I can order without issue. It's really strange. Other than that oddity, the app works fine. Their food is good and the delivery is quick. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No longer works *2024-10-13, version 4.5.0* Doesn’t work anymore. Shows the store is closed when it’s not. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — Old app *2024-09-16* Tried to place an order through the app, only to get a communication error. The order was not submitted but the authorization went through in my card. Called the store, who informed me that a new app was available and didn’t think the charge would finalized but offered to check on it. Company should remove old outdated app prior to live launch and unsupporting the old. ### 1/5 — Does not have all locations *2024-04-12, version 4.5.0* Sitting in front of a picklemans store trying to place an order on the app. The store is not a location on the app. Very annoying ### 1/5 — Outdated *2023-12-29* This is one of the most outdated and frustrating food apps. It’s not easy to navigate and when you have problems you’re practically screwed because there’s no easy way to find a solution or contact for help. I tried using a gift card through this app and after I clicked apply it 0’d out my gift card AND wouldn’t let me use it to pay. After trying to login to their gift card website, there was no way to contact support and get help. Just go in and order if you want Pickleman’s. The app isn’t worth all the trouble. By far the worst food app I’ve used. ### 1/5 — Nostalgia of 2011 *2022-01-22, version 3.0.52* First this app is awful and made by someone that is so lazy it how it functions that it reminded of iPhones in the 2011 . And I don't need to say anymore about the app it's layout shows for it self . (BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT I CAN NOT TIP ON THE APP) ### 1/5 — Can’t pay *2021-12-12, version 3.0.52* Guess the app would be great if only I could actually checkout 🤷‍♂️. My order is always right! They are spot on with delivery times! Delivery people are friendly and awesome!
