## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.2.0 — 2026-09-04

What's new in 2.2.0

• Get pinged when you're up next. On the shared live view, just tap your name in the queue and your phone will alert you the moment you're on deck — a screen flash, a chime, a buzz, and an on-page banner (plus a system notification if you allow them). No more hovering by the court wondering if you're next. It's private to your device and only reminds you — nothing is sent to the organizer.

• A cleaner live queue. Upcoming matches now group into clear "Up first" and "Up next" cards, so everyone watching can see exactly which teams are playing next at a glance instead of scanning a long list.

• Instant live updates. The live view now pushes changes in real time and reconnects on its own if the connection drops, so scores, courts, and the queue stay in sync without waiting on a refresh.

• Live game timers on every court, counting up in real time so you can see how long each match has been going.

• Round Robin fix: locked partners now stay together in Individual Round Robin. Pair two players and they'll always be on the same team while everyone else keeps rotating.

• More resilient sign-in and smoother live sharing: automatic retry with a calm "Reconnecting…" message during brief server hiccups, plus a big cut to background data use.

### 2.1.9 — 2026-08-30

What's new in 2.1.9

• Fixed a queue bug where "Clear queue" emptied the line without actually moving players to the bench — they'd disappear from both the queue and the bench and had to be added back one by one. "Bench all" now truly benches everyone, so they stay visible and you can bring them back with one tap.

• Fixed a rare sync issue where waiting players could silently drop out of the queue even though no one removed them. The app now detects and restores anyone knocked out by accident, keeping their spot and wait time.

### 2.1.8 — 2026-08-20

What's new in 2.1.8

• Fixed a queue bug where players who had JUST finished a match could keep their old wait time and be tagged as "fresh"/waited-too-long — which made the app prioritize them to play again right away. Wait times now reset correctly the moment a match ends, so rotation stays fair.

Thanks for the reports — keep the feedback coming!

### 2.1.7 — 2026-08-14

What's new in 2.1.7

• Round Robin (Individual) fixed — players now rotate to play WITH and AGAINST everyone over the session, instead of the same group and the same team-ups. Waiting players get mixed in properly, and the next-up match keeps varying.

• Skill Split — dedicate a court to a bracket. Assign Court 1 to Beginner, Court 2 to Intermediate, and so on. When you start a match, "Pick a court" only shows the courts for that match's level.

• Queue search — quickly find a queued player by name to bench them or check whether they're already in line.

### 2.1.6 — 2026-08-08

What's new in 2.1.6

• Set Partners fixed — locked partners now always play together, even when the wait-time cap kicks in. No more split pairs.
• Score-saving fix — entering a score and immediately ending the game no longer resets that team's score to 0 (and no more 0–0 games showing up in History).
• Edit score, fixed brackets — correcting a just-finished game's score now properly flips the winner and updates the winners/losers queue.
• Queue fix — players you move back into the queue while editing a court no longer disappear.
• Add players faster — search a name in "Add to queue" and, if they're new, create them and drop them into the queue in one tap.
• Clearer actions — "Bench" is now its own button, separate from Delete, so no more accidental removals.
Thanks for playing with Picklr — keep the feedback coming!
