The tracking of a vehicle could be better, as it will show the vehicle as say 5 minutes away, and once selected, this suddenly increases. (I am used to Uber, which does not happen) The quality of vehicles should also be reviewed as some are very questionable. ### 4/5 — Very good *2025-09-08, version 4.0.5* Very good app, cheaper then local taxi only negative is they need more drivers willing to work into early hours of the morning . Would definitely use this app again ### 4/5 — The Uber of Barbados *2025-09-05, version 4.0.5* The app is user friendly, I appreciate that on island it can be difficult to conveniently find a taxi so this is a great option. The drivers are typically pleasant. I have found that the app does not accurately show the drivers real time location but messaging on the chat box they are very responsive. The cost is too high which makes me using the app a rare occasion, but I do like that I have the option to pay by card or cash. Overall reliable. ### 4/5 — Convenient with minor issue *2025-09-05* Found it very easy to use and rides always come on time. Issues come about after it auto pays when using my credit card. A menu pops up that keeps asking me to pay although it’s automatically charged already. So in order to get out I have to close the app completely. Other than that the app saves me a lot of trouble trying to find a taxi when I need one. Most regular drivers become unreliable. Highly recommend. ### 5/5 — Reliable way to get a ride and pay by card *2025-05-02* We used the all extensively on our trip to Barbados. It was a reliable and quick way to hail a taxi. They always came within 5 minutes, if not sooner. The biggest benefit is that you can pay by card. Nearly all other taxis only take cash. ### 2/5 — Annoying that it makes you rate drivers. *2025-04-28* I do not like to give drivers negative feedback (unless they are complete jerks) and often times just won’t leave feedback if they weren’t great. This app will not let you not leave feedback. I tried exiting and reopening and it kept going back asking me to rate. I ended up leaving a 5 star rating for someone I wasn’t impressed with just so I could use it again. Driver wasn’t bad, but was a bit reckless (very common in the Caribbean). I don’t think he necessarily deserved a bad review, but also didn’t feel he earned a 5 star rating. The app glitches a lot and will change your destination and charge you more than it quoted you and charge you more to go to your original destination. We’re here or 3 weeks and decided to forego a rental car for this visit, relying instead on buses and taxis. This ride hailing app has been excellent for times when the bus wasn’t appropriate. Worked perfectly! Drivers showed up within a few minutes of our request! Way easier than asking the hotel or restaurant to call you a cab. I also love that I can pay with a credit card! The one thing to note is you may not be able to get a cab outside the Bridgetown/tourist areas as easily. I live in St. Philip and sometimes there are no cabs available. However if you are visiting or in the popular areas, you should have no trouble! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Totally pointless! *2025-10-25, version 4.0.5* Installed the app and set it up. Needed to be at the airport at 7:30pm and checked the app every 30 minutes or so all day (to keep an eye on availability). The app stated that there was always one less than five minutes away. So, when the time came, I checked the app, it said there were three close to me. I booked it and straight away, it said nothing was available! Tried three more times and got the same response. Then, I was in a mad panic phoning taxi companies. Got to the airport late. Will never use this app again ### 1/5 — tooo bad *2025-06-03, version 4.0.5* I created an account by mistake after downloading the wrong app, which is not available in my region. I then tried to delete the account, but was unable to do so. So you have to confirm the ride, not knowing the price. Dumb ### 1/5 — Still an issue with accessing the Hamburger to setup wallet, etc *2024-01-28, version 1.9* We’re heading to Barbados in a few days and I downloaded your app with the hopes of using it for convenience of hailing taxis for transportation around the island. I had read in one of the reviews that accessing the hamburger to input wallet information was not possible and in your reply you said that was fixed. I have and iPhone 15 Max Pro and it is an issue still. How quickly can that be fixed? Your app is unusable if it’s not. I’ll upgrade my rating if it can be fixed. I have my correct county before the phone number as well. It has been like this 24 hours now. Always on time, always a great driver - winning. Only problem I had was at setup where the sms code failed to come through but using WhatsApp instead worked fine. Very easy to request a taxi. Confirmation of the registration plate to know which taxi to look out for. Waited a few minutes only and a very friendly and helpful driver appeared. Easy to add tip via the app. Payment card linked to the app meant no cash needs.
