I’ve been using Metro pick up for about two weeks and the drivers has gotten my location on nine times out of 10. This actually needs some kind of safeguard when it comes to pick up as it doesn’t exactly read them correctly every time. And if there are some bus drivers that are very frustrated with you, take it out on the passengers making a lot of my rides uncomfortable, and I would prefer to walk or take the bus. Three stars well deserved. God forbid you actually need to use the service.

I’m so grateful for this service. I use Metroaccess and I’m outside the service area. This gets me to several locations to do things around my neighborhood and also gets me to Metroaccess Pickup points. But there’s one thing I miss after an update sometime back. The app would let you know the name of the driver who was coming to pick you up. It helps me to know what to expect, even if it’s a familiar situation. It’s an autistic thing and just the way my brain works. So if that feature could be brought back, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Why give the option to choose pickup times when it will AUTOMATICALLY move you to the closes time? If you call and ask for a specific time they will tell you “it’s only an on demand service “
