They even changed their drivers names from “Good Guys” to “Delivery Professionals.” 😂 Check the App Store ratings. GoShare is the real deal ### 1/5 — This app used to be great, now it’s terrible *2022-08-22, version 2.2.46* Everything has changed for the worse with this app. Gas for long distance deliveries is no longer compensated. Pay for runs has dropped. Now if you are a “secondary” driver you get even less pay. $20 for a delivery that would cost me $20 in gas alone, it’s ridiculous ### 1/5 — Avoid! *2022-02-01, version 2.0.11* It’s a classic bait-and-switch. The company tells you that you’ll make tons of money; you will not. They do not have the business coming in. Their management style is that of a high school drama queen. There is no customer service. They do care about the drivers. They do not supervise their drivers. Potential drivers: please beware. It’s a house of cards. Potential customers: you’ll be dealing with snakes. They are just software APP and hire unprofessional, unqualified and dangerous guys to puck and deliver the furniture. This company has ethic problems and has always denied the claims to refuse any responsibility and damage their unprofessional and unqualified guys made in your home, especially the hard wood floor. Stay away from this terrible unprofessional service company! ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-03-16, version 1.6.0* Arrange your pick up and pay, but no one ever calls or texts you to pick up the product. You are left going to their website trying to get a refund but they never respond. No customer support phone number. Now I have to stop the credit card. ### 1/5 — Slave ship *2021-01-06, version 1.6.0* There are so many things wrong and obsolete with this app it is mine blowing let me start off by informing all of you that when the order comes in it doesn’t even have a picture of the item you will come to learn that this is part of their scam on so many occasions you end up going to the storeWith no idea what the item is no way to explain it you’ll have to call dispatch and get a control number it will take you literally over 15 to 20 minutes every time just to inform a store manager of the pick upTheir pay is so pale in comparison to what the job is actually worth a lot of times just like I had to do on multiple occasions you’ll have to go pick up an entire patio set by yourself or some thing that is a two-man job by yourself but you will only receive one man pay they are like Adolf Hitler in regards to customer service and employeeTreatment every time I would reach out to my district manager to find out if I was being compensated for extra weight time and extra endeavors I was only told that my job was in jeopardy just completely disgusting and horrible human practices go ahead work for them if you want to they are looking for pawns and people to use ### 1/5 — Waste Of Time *2020-08-03, version 1.6.0* I booked a pick up & was called 10 min before my appt and was told that they had no one available and was rescheduled for the next morning. Of course they called and rescheduled me for another day. ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-04-30, version 1.6.0* I was driving for a company for 7 months. They unorganized the market manager and supervisor not communicating with the drivers who take they deliveries soon as some problems come up with payments. Dishonest and scam artist all of them . If you can just stay away from them !!!! I scheduled a time slot and received my items three days later. It freezes all the time. We can’t change markets without asking dispatch. Low payouts, joke of management. Oh and lastly most of the Delivery Pros aren’t even clear to drive under the company insurance. Please take the advise of someone that worked at corporate, avoid this mess of a “delivery service” and find the better platform apps to work for like Dolly and GoShare. ### 1/5 — Slave ship 2 *2022-10-06, version 2.2.60* I agree with another post. This app actually suspended me for not taking their low payouts over the course of a few months. That’s very funny. I refuse to take anything that’s not worth it. Do not work with them if you want to survive! They can careless about you. It’s all about their profit margins. The customer service on the phone was so helpful and felt so happy with our conversation. The delivery men were so amazing and helpful and kind! I am so happy with this service !!!! ### 5/5 — Love being a GG *2020-11-03, version 1.6.0* I started here in NRFK when the market opened and have been with it ever since! This is a military, police, fire, ems background company and the guys I work with are awesome! Some days we are none stop with delivery other days we are 3-4 deliveries. Great Pay: Runs start at $25 up the first 5miles no flights of stairs and a max of 6 items less than 50lbs. After that the pay out increases for items over 50lbs/stairs/assemble/Milage. Love working for PICKUP. ### 5/5 — Awesome idea! *2020-08-16, version 1.6.0* I’ve used Pickup at least five times over the last few years. I’ve had a great experience each time. They’ve helped move furniture from my house to a storage unit, they’ve moved stuff from my storage unit to another house, and they’ve picked stuff up from a store to deliver to my house. Each time has gone very smoothly and they have been so, so kind, courteous and helpful. Can’t wait to use again! ### 5/5 — Great company, Great opportunity! *2018-02-06, version 1.0.3* I was looking for a flexible opportunity to make some side money with my truck in early 2017 and I found exactly that with PICKUP. Think Uber/Lyft, but instead of delivering people, you deliver cargo. The app allows you to start and stop working whenever you want, and you can accept or decline orders as they come in. It’s the ultimate flexibility. No need for schedules, calling in sick, or making excuses. Start when you want, stop when you want. The pay is very fair, and you keep any tips you receive. You will get $25 on the lowest end, and can easily make $100+ on any one run, which lasts 45 min. - 3 hrs. (and that’s NOT including tips). The only catch is that you legitimately need to be a good guy. If you open doors for strangers, slow down for drivers changing lanes, and say ‘yes ma’am’, you’ll fit in just fine. Think veterans, 1st responders, teachers, etc. You’ll need a full size pickup truck, some basic moving tools/supplies, and a working knowledge of a smartphone/gps, and that’s about it. Great company, great opportunity. ### 4/5 — Improved *2023-05-01* I have been working with this app for a little while & I can say they made a great update.
