Im aware that you do not have return trip options. And the selection for such service is too many complications. Maybe your developer may look into other apps and set an example so the user may feel easy to use such apps. ### 5/5 — Fast and easy *2022-05-16, version 2.32.0* Made a Pickupp order (4hours delivery)last week. It goes very smoothly and delivery is very fast, safe and not one issue raised. The app is very easy to use, have clear directions to let you know what to input and how much would it need for different types of parcel. Price are reasonable. Comparing to other courier it definitely has its benefit that is cheaper and faster. Would definitely use it again. ### 5/5 — Pastry order from local shop *2022-04-19, version 2.31.0* A quick and easy app for me to order cookies and pastries from different local shops easily. Without Pickupp, I would need to contact the shop, make payment separately, proof of payment, and arrange deliveroo or other logistics company to pick up the foods. Now, I can do everything in one app which gives me full transparency of my order end to end. Then service team seen but refused to answer my queries in chat, until the 4th online decided to grace me with some. But he too was rude and unprofessional. And kept asking for money instead of listening and advising to my questions. Then a Davina was the only staff willing to help. I finally could proceed with the order the next morning. For more than 14 hours it was “contacting agent” and to my dismay I was told “no drivers available” only at 7+pm, to which I tried Lalamove and got a courier within 5minutes. Right now, an Aisha is being really difficult and withholding my monies as “need to top up to get your money back and we will take a 20% cut” yeah for the inconvenience and terrible service they dare to. Will use more. ### 5/5 — Efficient and convenient *2022-03-10, version 2.29.0* Pickupp offers fast and efficient food delivery with a 4 hours same day delivery service, on the app there are many wide variety of food and home base businesses which you can order from and they also have many promotions regularly do remember to check it out!!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Dishonest, borderline fraudulent, basically a scam *2024-03-03, version 2.38.0* Have a door-to-door delivery, the user interface seemed simpler than the other ones available in HK (somehow my Grab app doesn’t work for this here) so decided to give it a go. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Registered for an account - no hiccup Selected sender and receiver addresses - so far so good Gave a quotation - highish in my opinion but what the heck Payment - forced me to buy vouchers which doesn’t match the quotation , ended up paying for a $100 voucher to pay for an $80 delivery. Instead of giving you a time of pick up, it sent me an email with a third party PHONE NUMBER. Had to CALL (yes an actual telephone call in 2024) the courier myself, arrange a pick up time after spending time explaining the situation “what? Which app? Never heard of “ The courier who came to pick up did not know anything about the delivery address, and asked for additional payment which is almost equivalent to the original quotation - asked if they’d accept the remaining value of the voucher “ what voucher? What app? Never seen this before” had to pay again…. Lesson of the day - do not fall for an app with a single five star review and a clean user interface. None of the logistics worked on the backend! Costed me two hours in total to sort out one simple delivery and an outrageous sum in the end. Could have flagged down a random taxi driver for an easier experience. Tried to reach their customer service centre, but their customer service centre is not friendly at all and just told me that their order cannot be cancelled and no one will assist me. This is a really terrible customer service I have ever met before! ### 1/5 — 改唔到credit card number !! *2022-08-18, version 2.34.0* 改唔到credit card number !! ### 1/5 — Dishonest app and lousy customer service *2022-05-18, version 2.32.0* Downloaded app after seeing online post boasting about their Low rate for next day delivery. Downloaded app, key in send and receiver info, indeed, I see the Low fee. Feeling please with the rate, continue to sign up and paid a 10 dollar into the wallet, the option DISAPPEARED. Only left with 2H and 4H option that is more expensive than even what grab is offering. Proceed to talk to customer service and they claim that service is only for A) minimum 200 order per month B) 10 orders at each collection Seriously? Nvm, I will just ask for a refund of my 10 dollar. Customer service proceed to say I will need to top up to 20dollar for them to process a refund. And the refund will also cost a 10% service fee. So essentially I need to top up 10 dollar, to get back $18 out of $20. I sounded out my unhappiness and customer service say out of goodwill they can refund my 10 dollar, but still with 10% service fee, so $9 out of $10 returned. Honestly, amount is really small and I couldn't care less, however, such unethical business really upset me. Highly don't recommend people to use their service. Stick to grab and QExpress. ### 1/5 — After payment, they just delete my message without answering *2022-05-12, version 2.32.0* Warning!! This app just cheated you to make the payment!!! My friend told me to use this app to order but the service of it was so bad. I got an issue before payment and ask their staff how to do so. The staff provided a solution so I followed while making the payment. But the issue was not solved as what the staff have mentioned before. I asked again but they just deleted my enquiry without answering. They deleted all my enquiries 3 times already!!! I have all the screen captures. They just cheated you to make the payment!!! ### 1/5 — Force me to allow to track my in app activity *2022-05-09, version 2.32.0* if keep not allow then i cant use the app ### 1/5 — Worse app ever *2022-04-18, version 2.31.0* Bought food for a party and stated to reach from 11am to 1pm. I only receive the food nearly 4pm. Contact the customer service all give standard reply that will check and never come back with any solution to resolve the issue. I’ve put in order 3 days before and still have such problem. I even contact directly with the seller and she said that always got such late issue. I even track the delivery ever hour. No updates been done in the delivery part. DO NOT USE THIS APP EVER unless they buck up their late issue! If timing is your problem, I’m sure no one cares to use this app. ### 1/5 — this company is a scam *2022-04-09, version 2.31.0* they did not deliver my order and still charge me fee for that.
