## What is Pickware POS?

Instead of struggling with complicated POS systems or juggling separate systems, Pickware POS lets you easily manage your in-store sales yourself – perfectly integrated with your online shop. The app is intuitive to use and communicates with your shop system in real time, seamlessly combining your store, online sales, and warehouse in one system.

With Pickware POS, you can consolidate all sales across channels—in-store, at trade shows, or online—while working with the same product data, inventory, customer accounts, vouchers, and discounts as in your shop. Omnichannel features such as click & collect, ship from store, and order in store make your business even more flexible. Returns from the online shop can be processed directly at the POS, allowing you to offer your customers a consistent shopping experience across all channels.
