Every time I try to restart or update the app it still can’t be changed. I’m not sure how it’s gone so long like this as I remember it was kind of an old issue. Other than that I like the app. If there’s one thing I’d change it’d be for the creator and brand collabs to be more open, as in simply review the product won not “mention how it plumps dull skin”. Because what if it doesn’t plump dull skin? I think consumers deserve honest reviews. I hate that when I click the events button to see what products I have to review for the day, it lags and loads for several minutes before loading. Like I can’t even count how many times anymore. And yes I follow the instructions from the email, to the app, and to the revision requested. But whoever is asking for revisions doesn’t seem to review nor read nor watch the video submitted. Everything that’s being asked is there. The brands name, the products name, the ingredients, the benefits, and my thoughts of the product. Everything is on the review and they just kept on asking for revisions. Like what else should I change when everything is already there? Maybe someone had to review thoroughly. Or maybe just make a template if that’s what you need. I knew lots of creators have been complaining about this. Didn’t happen to me until now. And I’ve been on this app for years now. Whoever checks the review needs to check thoroughly, and make a thorough feedback through email. This might be my last time to apply/review product from them again. I’m deleting it!!! ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed - Poor Support & Unprofessional Expectations *2025-09-24, version 5.7.0* I’ve had a terrible experience with the GoPicky app and feel the need to share. Support is completely unhelpful and practically non-existent. I was sent a non-working tracking link that leads absolutely nowhere, and almost a month later, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Instead of fixing the problem, I was told the “deadline would be extended 1 WEEK” — as if I’m supposed to comfortably test and review a skincare product I haven’t even received in just seven days. That’s not only unrealistic, it’s irresponsible and reflects poorly on the platform. I don’t feel comfortable reviewing a product under these conditions, nor do I want to. I’ve deleted the app, and the product can just sit on my profile — assuming it ever shows up. GoPicky should be ashamed for putting this kind of pressure on creators while ignoring unresolved issues. This experience felt exploitative and careless. If you value transparency, support, and respect as a creator, I suggest you look elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-08-19, version 5.6.5* I can’t login into my own account. When I write my username, I says it’s taken. Of course, it is, it’s mine. But the app expects me to create a new account while all I want is to access mine. I have tried reinstalling the app several times, changing my password on their website and nothing works. I love the ability to see all of the ingredients in products and if there’s something that’s not good for my specific skin type and that’s just one of the many reasons it makes it so special. In addition to continuing to learn, I’ve also enjoyed the ability to win lots of wonderful products that I had never tried and now have become a daily part of my skincare routine. Plus Picky had expanded into makeup and hair products too, making it even better. They offer different types of community members too like the Picky Squad and Super Squad that make it more fun to review products, post topics, continue to learn on their blog, instagram, TikTok and YouTube sites.
