More importantly, the app has 0 accommodation for allergies or dietary restrictions. I keep ordering things that should be fine, and they arrive contaminated and I can’t eat them. Since our company switched to them for catering a few months ago (we get subsidized for lunch), they have increased the prices of most of the items commonly purchased by us. For example, $17 items are now $20, $13 items are now $14 etc. There’s no way it’s the restaurants increasing their prices since this happens across the board over various restaurants, and it specifically targets commonly ordered items.
