### 1/5 — Sensor doesn’t effectively detect reds. No customer support after purchase.

The tool doesn’t work and there is no way to get it returned or repaired. Customer service is responsive when trying to sell the Pico unit, but wholly unresponsive when issues immediately appeared. It doesn’t identify red or orange colors at all, says they are brown. Pantone pulled their partnership with them so that is useless as well.

I work with color and have been using the Pico for 1.5 years - I absolutely love it. The app is easy to use, easy to compare colors, easy to export to CSV. The device itself is a breeze to use.  I like that I can control how many scans are averaged to capture a color and the app does a great job of making this clear visually.  The Picohas been reliable and I am so thankful it exists.  Truly opens up the world of measured color. Five stars!
