## What is PicoBead?

Turn any photo or illustration into a practical fuse-bead pattern.

PicoBead is designed for makers, crafters, and pixel-art fans. Create clear patterns while keeping control over every important detail.

CREATE YOUR PATTERN

• Import a photo, illustration, or pixel-art image
• Choose from three fuse-bead color palettes
• Adjust the number of beads across
• Limit the maximum number of colors
• Fine-tune color intensity, detail, and smoothing
• Apply error diffusion for more natural color transitions

SMART BACKGROUND REMOVAL

Automatically isolate the main subject and remove unwanted background areas. Empty cells remain transparent in your exported PNG.

PLAN EVERY BEAD

• Preview the pattern with optional bead holes
• Zoom in to inspect individual positions
• View matched color names and color codes
• See the exact quantity required for every color
• Check the total bead count before you begin

EXPORT AND CREATE

Save your finished pattern as a high-resolution PNG for printing, sharing, or referencing while you build.

PRIVATE ON-DEVICE PROCESSING

Your photos, color matching, pattern generation, and exports are processed directly on your device. Your source images do not need to be uploaded to a server.

Start with 10 image conversions. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited conversions.

This update adds the MARD 221 fuse-bead palette:

• Includes 221 commonly used 2.6 mm bead codes across the A–H and M series
• Match photos directly to purchasable MARD catalog codes
• View the brand code, approximate screen color, and required quantity in the bead list
• MARD 221 is now the default palette, while the original PicoBead creative palettes remain available
• Improved palette matching and pattern-generation reliability
