## Newest reviews (2 of 13)

### 1/5 — Useless

*2020-01-04, version 1.0.5*

Created and verified account only to get a password error followed by a blank white screen. Completely worthless program.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2018-09-11, version 1.0*

Once you sign up for an account, it shows air quality readings from the outside (I assume, anyway) and it has a link that says Connect to Pico. When I press it, nothing happens. There does not seem to be a way to connect to the actual device!

However, if instead I don’t log in but use the app as a guest, it connects to the device. It’s crazy (plus the instruction manual included with the device is useless).

C’mon guys, this shouldn’t be so hard to figure out!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — The worst app ever.

*2022-01-20, version 3.0.15*

I can’t believe this is still so bad after four years.

### 1/5 — Horrible app and horrible product - AVOID!

*2021-09-14, version 3.0.15*

I have a couple of air quality monitors, and I’ve never had one that constantly disconnects from the app and air monitoring even when it’s on and plugged in. It’s basically a piece of trash. Their customer support cannot offer more than tell you to connect, which are the same as instructions. I don’t even know why this company is in business. Really really horrible quality.

### 1/5 — terrible no connection useless

*2020-12-03, version 1.0.8*

no connection to device, no directions, terrible app, avoid product and app

### 1/5 — Don’t buy

*2020-11-29, version 1.0.8*

I bought from Kickstarter and downloaded the app here.

### 1/5 — Truly terrible app

*2020-10-18, version 1.0.8*

Very nearly unusable without pre-existing knowledge of how to calibrate and troubleshoot sensors of this type.

### 1/5 — Device doesn’t work well and App is very buggy

*2020-10-16, version 1.0.8*

The app wouldn’t let me log in for over a week. The device gives inaccurate readings arms compared to sensors on Purple Air and Accuweather, etc. the device doesn’t want measure over 20 for PM2.5 outside even though other sensors are reporting near 100.

### 1/5 — Instructions Terrible - Doesn’t work

*2020-09-29, version 1.0.8*

I tried for 45 minutes to set up and connect the device that send me in a loop to blank page I can’t leave! Junk!

### 1/5 — The Worst

*2020-09-25, version 1.0.8*

Impossible to connect to the device. Do not buy the device since the App is worthless.

### 1/5 — What

*2020-09-21, version 1.0.8*

I spent half an hour just trying to sign in! Terrible app.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2020-02-13, version 1.0.6*

So far, I have no idea why I purchased this. The amount of time it has taken to set up and it’s still not operating.... can’t find the device. The password is wrong. Come on. Should be plug and play. It’s 2020 not 1986! there is zero joy with this thing. What a waste of money.

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 2/5 — Improvements desired

*2020-09-27, version 1.0.8*

Disappointed there is no trending capability. I have a problem where it disconnects from the Bluetooth connection and then difficult to re-establish the Bluetooth connection. I would like to know how to verify or calibrate the VOCs. It seems to read low.

I have an iPhone X.
