## What is PicsDone?

PicsDone is an on-device batch photo preparation and delivery tool for iPhone and iPad. Turn product shots, creator images, application photos, receipts, and client handoffs into files ready to upload, share, or archive.

Import from Photos or Files, combine only the steps you need, preview the result, then export to Photos, Files, or the share sheet. Core image processing does not rely on PicsDone servers; assets already downloaded to your device can be processed offline.

Batch watermarks

• Apply the same text or image watermark to an entire batch
• Use one of nine fixed positions for logos, signatures, and brand marks
• Choose a diagonal tiled layout for proofs and visible review marks
• Adjust size, opacity, margins, or density, and preview across samples
• Save watermark steps inside a reusable custom template

Meet common upload requirements

• Batch-compress photos and cap their long-edge dimensions
• Convert HEIC, JPG, and PNG for cross-platform compatibility
• Pair JPG conversion with a per-image file-size limit such as 500 KB or 1 MB
• Crop or fit to an aspect ratio for forms, social posts, and platform assets
• On supported devices, remove person backgrounds and replace them with a solid color
• Rename batches while preserving an easy-to-check order
