But... *2018-04-06, version 2.6.2* So I’ve been using Picstagrab for about a year now, and after the recent update I suddenly couldn’t save videos or see the things I liked? If I tried to save a video it would take the photo instead. I may just be missing something however, everything else in the app works amazingly though! **Developer response:** Hi. The reason for the "my likes" being removed is that Instagram without warning decided to disallow access to retrieve both likes and also user-information. I am really sorry about that, and unfortunately there is not much I can do about it. And believe me, I find it really frustrating that Instagram has done this, and if there was anything I could do to make the likes and user-search reappear, I would do it. One approach you could use is to find the pictures/videos in Instagram and load them into Picstagrab through the share-url. With regards to the download button, it will be available shortly. Ole-Kristian ### 2/5 — Upset about changes *2018-04-06, version 2.6.2* This used to be a great app, where I could see my recently liked vids/photos on insta, but since the recent update, there is now no option for that which now gives me no use of this app anymore. It also used to let me save videos from insta to my photo album without any watermarks, but they have changed that too to where I can’t save the vids anymore. I am preparing an update, and will release it as soon as it is approved by Apple. Hopefully the fix will be live within a couple of days. JUNK! **Developer response:** Hi The native login in the app no longer works due to that Instagram now has disallowed such logins from 3rd party consumer apps. However, when accessing the search page, you should still be able to log in from there in order to access media ### 1/5 — Tin eye doesn’t work *2020-05-17, version 2.7.9* Love this app but it seems that the tin eye still doesn’t work for me on my iPhone 6. ### 1/5 — Not working anymore *2019-10-27, version 2.7.4* I used to use this app everyday and now it won’t work at all. Every time I would paste a URL that I copied, it would automatically bring up the content/media and I could save it immediately. Now, it just says “Failed to load URL” every single time. The media won’t load. As a hub moderator I depend on Picstagrab to capture and download photos and check them with TinEye. Now, I can’t do anything with this application. You were attempting to fix the recent IG connection problems but now I can’t even open it so I don’t know if the IG fix works! I know you’ll get it working soon🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻! **Developer response:** Hi.
