1. Invite by QR code:

Bring a friend with a single QR: they point their camera and land straight on your invite. The QR button now lives on the invite screen, in your profile, and right on Home in the "On this day" carousel.

2. A signature Picstreak frame for sharing:

Share a photo and it's wrapped in an unmistakable Picstreak frame. It works across every share option and toggles on or off in Settings. (AirDrop and "Save to Photos" still get the clean original.)

3. Hints right on the deck:

The app gently surfaces hidden gestures: swipe a photo down to Favorite it, tap near the edge to undo your last action. A new hint reassures you that deleted photos aren't gone — they wait in the app's Trash, then in iOS "Recently Deleted."

4. Little things that feel good:

— Added toasts when you Favorite a photo
— Removed the green stripe on photos loading from iCloud
— Fixed rare freezes and crashes on weak connections and when backgrounding
— Invite links now open correctly in messaging and social apps

- Photo cards are tidier: only Share and More stay on screen. Tap More and the rest slide up in a neat column. Tap anywhere on the photo to close.
- Hold-to-speed-up video now works in Albums and Trash too, not just the swipe deck. Up to 2x free; with Pro, the full range up to 5x plus rewind.

Fixed
- No more flash of the "full photo access" screen at launch if you have already granted access.
- On smaller iPhones (SE, mini), the DELETE and KEEP icons no longer flicker when you swipe to the app switcher.
- Full-screen landscape video no longer shifts in the app-switcher preview.
- Trash videos now look the same as in Albums.

Thanks for using Picstreak! A big update — lots of new things since the first release.

New
— "Similar": the app finds series of near-identical shots (bursts, duplicates) and groups them. Tap "Clean up" to sort every series at once — one photo stays in each group, the rest go to the Trash.
— Invite promo codes: share a single link with several friends at once, and the promo end date is always visible.
— Works offline: local photos open in full quality without a connection. If a shot didn't download from iCloud, retry with one tap.
— Sharing is faster and clearer: a preparation indicator with progress and cancel, plus a unified video look across all screens.
— Reviewed photos return to the stacks neatly — once a day at night, in a single batch.

Fixes
— Noticeably faster and lighter: thumbnails load at screen size, lower memory use, smoother scrolling, less heat.
— Faster launch and instant opening of large stacks.
— "Similar" no longer freezes or crashes on large libraries.
— A cleared month stays cleared; Trash photos no longer appear on the month cover.
