I’m using this app from quite sometime now and since years there is no updates, same themes, same editing options, even simple preview option is not available. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-01-23, version 3.2.0* I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a photo book, and despite multiple follow-ups, it was never delivered. Their customer service is unresponsive, and the commitments they provide are completely false. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes, leaving customers frustrated. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this business if you value your time and money. ### 1/5 — Quality issues *2024-05-21, version 3.1.0* This is my second album from you but the quality is very bad. I have sent really sharp and full definition photos but in the album the quality is very very poor. Really disappointing. Waiting for a valid reply from your side. Previously in the first album the quality was good and now it’s not good. ### 1/5 — Terrible Print Quality and Awful Customer Service: My Horrible Picsy App Encounter *2023-08-03, version 3.1.0* After enduring 8 days of hollow promises regarding a manager's call for resolving the glaring issues with my order, I feel compelled to share my utterly disheartening experience with the Picsy printing app. I had a truly horrendous experience with this app. I placed an order for an acrylic print to fulfil a client's request, and the outcome was beyond disappointing. The print quality was an absolute disaster, with glaring issues in the details that were impossible to ignore. My frustration grew when I decided to reach out to their customer care for a resolution. To my disbelief, the so-called "executive" acknowledged that I was right about the photo quality being good, but inexplicably insisted that the print should have turned out just as well. They even requested me to share some photos of the print to assess the situation further. After some persistence, they promised to consult their quality control team and assured me that if a genuine problem existed, a reprint would be arranged. However, it became painfully clear that their quality check team is either delusional or simply doesn't care about their customers. They had the nerve to assert that the quality was top-notch and essentially brushed off my concerns with a dismissive attitude. To escalate the matter, I requested to speak to a manager, and yet again, I was promised a callback that never materialized. Despite multiple reminders and assurances, I was left hanging without any communication or resolution. It's as if they thrive on playing mind games with their frustrated customers. This entire ordeal has revealed a shocking lack of grievance redressal within the Picsy app. If you find yourself grappling with any printing-related problems, don't even bother hoping for a solution from these folks. They seem to have mastered the art of offering false assurances and delivering absolutely nothing. To all my fellow professionals out there, take my advice and steer clear of this app. The last thing you need is to entrust your valuable projects to a company that has zero regard for quality, customer satisfaction, or even basic communication. Picsy is an utter letdown, and I wouldn't wish this kind of experience on my worst enemy. ### 1/5 — Very bad Customer Service *2021-03-07, version 2.8.0* Mistakenly I have updated another shipping address where it should be different however I tried lots of time to changed and called them for so many times but no one responded, they only care about money, they don’t bother after your payment, how rubbish is this, there have no option to change my shipping address after payment?? It doesn’t matter wheather I get that delivery or not then!! This is my 5th order on this app but if this problem not solved, I won’t order again, I have already paid 1054.... ### 1/5 — Bait and Switch *2020-03-17* You must create an account with them before you can see whether the app is any good. In the App Store, they say Create a Book with just “3 easy steps” FALSE. You must give them your email and create an account with them BEFORE you can start the “3 easy steps”. Also, This app seems to work only in portrait mode. Seriously ? A photo book app on the iPad only works in portrait mode ? ### 3/5 — Good but have cropping issues *2025-01-09, version 3.2.0* Picsy is great app…. I have printed couple of books…. But I have had issues in uploading the pics…. The image which I upload gets automatically cropped to fit in the layout, so lots of pics have to be cropped & adjusted from third app and then upload in Picsy. Product template is restricting photo layout choices in photo book and in my opinion it is an outdated way. The main problem was with final product - it was shaped out. I really loved the album and going to associate with you for long time. I tried so many online photo platforms but I never expected such a quality print. I received my album yesterday and completely satisfied with the output. Kudos to design team for putting all custom designs at one place. I would love to give 5 start rating but two points stoped me to give that rating. 1. There is no custom layout option where we can create our own layouts 2. Courier charges being paid by customer only. For express delivery I can understand, but for normal delivery also we have to pay money which is not expected. hope team will think about above 2 points. However, there were some issues on one page. When I communicated the same, the manager immediately ensured me that my product will be reprinted and be delivered again with no extra cost without any further questions.
