Today, 1-7-26, I received the Pictomatch Revolution Resolution, when I tap on “Apply”, it makes me go view a series of ads of Royal Match and Candy Saga, then sends me back to the home page of Pictomatch and it continues the same ads. It will not allow me to play the game. Please resolve for me. 2. Pictoword is fun, but finding customer service help is difficult, time consuming and unresolvable. After exchanging six emails, sending pictures of screens, description of my problem, version I’m using, vessel I’m using with Pictomatch, responses from Pictomatch, I have just got the run around. Now I’m told that my problem has been forwarded to another department for resolution. I’m a retired widow and the only entertainment I have is working on puzzles and word games. I’m tired of the run around and the irresponsible customer service. ### 1/5 — Nothing but ads! *2025-12-31, version 2.7.55* I played this game a few years back, and it was actually kind of entertaining then. You could join or create families of 15, and help each solve puzzles, or just chat with your family members. But I recently returned to the game, and it is now just about seeing how many ads they can make you watch, and they even destroyed the ability to chat and help family members. Now you can’t talk to each other at all. They just give you a couple of generic phrases that you can click on to “ask for help” or say “thank you”, but there is no chatting allowed with each other! You have to now use your coins to help others, (no verbal help allowed now) and they let multiple members use up their coins to help with the same puzzle. So 5 people might pay for the same puzzle help, which only benefits the game creators. And you get coins from watching ads, and the game creators get paid for the ads you watch, so it is quite a racquet! It is really sad that they chose to go this route and take the fun out of the game. I have also noticed upon returning to the game that nobody continues to play since they made these changes. People want to solve the puzzles, not watch stupid ads. And they want to interact with each other, and that aspect of the game has been completely removed from the game. You would now probably have more fun watching paint dry than playing this game. And in the years that I have been away, they have only added 20 puzzles! The game is now full of thousands of dead families where nobody is actually playing. And they can use these dead families to attract more advertisers. What a scam! *Update to your reply: Your ads are now playing on opening the game, which will drive more people away. I guess that is what you are referring to as you are constantly adjusting your ads. Not a smart strategy on your part. You state that we should contact you with ideas to improve the game, yet you have ignored every game improvement idea that I have submitted. You killed the game when you removed the family chat option. If we can’t communicate with each other, then the families option is just a joke. And you never add more puzzles…you just add more ads! At one time, this was a descent game, but now it is just a cash flow from ads for the developers, without any care in the world for those that want to play. So there are your ideas to improve the game….actually make new puzzles, and let us communicate through the family chat option. If you really care about the players, you will do these 2 things. And if you do them, you will see a big improvement.
