Honestly did. But, between the adds AND the energy bar? We don't need both.Each piece taking energy isn't a good idea. It would be more relaxing if you could take that out,let people play without having to worry about energy at all. Would still love an option to have a permanent no ads purchase. Original review: Ever since one of the more recent updates, ads are far more frequent, which wouldn’t be an issue if some of the interstitial ads weren’t opening up in safari as “Trojan virus detected” scam websites. I noticed another review mentioned having issue with paying to remove ads for only 30 days at a time, and I feel even if a more permanent solution was implemented, until some of the scam ads are filtered out, it’s not even worth the 30 day price ### 2/5 — Too many ads *2026-08-23, version 2.5.5* I open the app and not even 30 seconds into playing I place one puzzle piece and I immediately get an “ad break” like what break? However, the amount of ad breaks that the devs push onto players now is insanely frustrating. I am finding myself having to either sit through a 30 second ad or close and reopen the app every (genuinely) ONE to THREE moves because I get the ad break pop up. It has taken the fun and relaxation completely out of this game. The worst part? You can totally pay to remove ads, except you have to pay $10 and it only lasts for 30 days! Most every other game I play has a cheaper fee for a permanent removal, and this game is the only one in which I’d actually consider paying to do that, but $10 for 30 days just feels greedy and a total ripoff. I have seriously NEVER left a review on the App Store, but I’m so disappointed that my favorite game has become unplayable. ### 3/5 — Honest review *2026-08-08, version 2.5.4* Pretty fun little game. But I was like ok sure they probably did that to make people buy the option to get rid of ads I go do that and it’s only for 30 days 9.99 for 30 days. I want to say love the game, arts beautiful, game mechanics are amazing, and it’s relaxing. Additionally, the energy system is really frustrating. It runs out way too fast for you to make any progress, refills slowly, and if you try to get more by watching an ad or paying ingame currency (of which they barely give you anything), you do not get very much out of it. It’s an ad simulator disguised as a puzzle game. And $10 a month to get rid of ads? Not permanently. Per month. App games have gotten predatory and been low effort nonsense for ages, but this is gross and obscene. Not worth it. Edit: All of the reviews have the company replying that “We need ads to keep it free”. Not to this extent you don’t! What garbage. And since these complaints go back months, they’re not changing anything. Feedback means nothing. So, to new players- don’t download. I love this game but from a few hours ago it’s doing this annoying thing where it shows me exactly where to place the piece whenever I pick one up. I really don’t like this as figuring out where the pieces go is what makes the game really fun to me - I can’t find a setting to turn this off, if there is one and I’ve missed it feel free to let me know and im very sorry haha - if there’s no option to turn it off, I would much appreciate an update that lets us turn it off.
