Now, so disappointed *2019-04-27, version 9.1* I have been using this app for about 4 years to create beautiful memories of our children. My recent order was a complete flop as the app took my payment and wouldn’t upload my photos. There was a way to try and rectify, but it was so convoluted and difficult that I will not be using again as it was a complete waste of time. I have had had no problem with this app until now. The other issue was that I couldn’t order more than one type of photo album, so that to order and pay for them separately. The customer service was so average, and complacent. I think she was actually trying to help, but it really didn’t come across that way. You could tell this was something that occurred a lot as she copied and pasted a response within her “personalized” response. I am beyond disappointed. I do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2018-06-14, version 7.0* Disappointed. After using the app several times successfully, and recommending to friends, the last few photo orders have been an awful experience. From photos failing to uploading, order crashing halfway through but still charging my credit card, coupon codes(offered as a resolution) not working, plus receiving blank prints, and dozens of copies of 1 print instead of the photos I actually ordered plus worst of all, prints missing altogether. Response received was even more disappointing. I’ve wasted my time and money supporting a business that told me to find another printer because they can’t figure out what is causing the issue. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2016-10-21, version 5.0* Wasted money, rubbish, avoid like the plague ### 2/5 — No. No. No. *2022-10-16, version 9.12.6* Couldn’t even get a first book organised. Crops pics which I found impossible to adjust. Then couldn’t delete poorly cropped pics from the selection. “Saved” the book but it appeared nowhere for me to re-work it. It’s a NO from me. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2020-12-18, version 9.9.10* The ease using and ordering a photo book this way was great, so much easier than getting on the computer and having to design the whole thing and hope it’s going to be ok. Unfortunately though when my book arrived I was very disappointed. The photo’s are all dark and grainy, not at all like they appear on my phone, iPad or computer and the photos were taken with a high quality camera. It was a trio of a lifetime to Canada and I was hoping the album would capture all that beauty but it didn’t. And I paid $120 for the disappointment. Don’t think I’ll order through these guys again. ### 2/5 — Nice app....but? *2016-04-19* I buy a lot of prints from different locations. I have seen better deals. I understand the idea of this app is to free you time and save energy in many ways. However, let's think about this people. If you take a little effort, do some small research, shop around, I can almost guarantee you will find cheaper prices from what this company offers. Yes, they are having a sale at the moment of writing this. The sale is still more expensive then just going to your local CVS (if you have one in your area) or whatever. There are other companies that charge less for magnet pictures and whatever you like. CVS is just an example for prices. So......I like the app structure and how they try to market the products and or services. I simply don't like the high prices (even with their sale going on). Best of luck with the owners and anyone who uses this app....I will see if the prices drop from time to time. ### 3/5 — Limited Options *2022-11-26, version 9.12.11* I've ordered a couple of the large colleagues & unfortunately the only options for the colleague are square photos. It's not easy to swap photos around as it doesn't tell you which ones you have already added etc. Hopefully the quality is ok as the price is much more than on other sites but I'd like to support an Australian company. ### 3/5 — Ordy *2022-08-16, version 9.12.6* Enjoying th convenience and process of th app. Only criticism would be th pics seem to return with a darker/different exposure?? ### 3/5 — Okay but could be further improved *2018-03-19, version 6.2* Picture Postie is definitely one of the better Photobook apps out there, but they could make some further improvements to really become the best app on the market such as: - option for photos to randomise OR be populated in your book in the order you select them - uploading process at checkout; one of my books is currently crashing on upload for printing (spent almost 3 hours building it last night), and this is not the first time this has happened - a SAVE button... omg this would be huge! - better user experience / app look and feel... it’s a relatively poor UX experience and the colour scheme and navigation feels dated.
