Now this new fake code feature just improved not just its own security but my sense of security using it. I would give it more stars than 5 if I was able. You can pay to remove the adds which is a tactic I hate. I’d prefer to pay upfront with no adds. In all other respects a great app. I tend to ignore apps with in app purchases - a money grabbing feature. **Developer response:** If you like us, you can click the remove AD icon on the left top corner, then buy the remove ads feature to remove all ads. Our app has been continuously developed and improved, will not let you down. ### 1/5 — Loses pictures. *2018-01-11, version 2.6.2* This app periodically locks pictures within the app by saying you can't export the picture because your device has, "not enough space" despite how much space your device actually has. Once that happens you can't see or edit the picture in the app either. Don't download unless you want to lose pictures occasionally. Lucky I only used this app for a short amount of time so I didn't lose anything "important" 😉 **Developer response:** Could you contact invault.ios@gmail.com? We will help you ASAP! ### 2/5 — It’s been a pretty great app until now *2019-06-06, version 2.8.3* A few days ago it started freezing after getting into the main screen. Entering the password works just fine but after that I can scroll through my pictures or anything. ### 2/5 — Advertised feature no longer present *2019-03-23, version 2.8.2* Advertised Instagram download feature was present with prior versions, but notes that it is no longer available in 2.8.2. Tried to contact developer but only received some generic instructions that did not address the missing feature. Second email went unanswered. Without the Instagram download feature, I would say that there are better photo vault apps. Hope the developer will fix the app to contain all of the advertised features. ### 2/5 — So far *2018-05-13* So far it’s okay but I haven’t really looked at the features properly. I think the Instagram and WiFi transfer is a good feature. ### 2/5 — Now there are like infinity ads. *2018-03-26, version 2.7.2* Far too many. Before, it was a fair amount. I was considering buying the no ads simply for the support. Now, it’s made the app objectively worse and no longer deserving of money. On top of that, the cover at the top of the app is still broken as hell, and nothing has been done about it in all the updates thus far. Cheapness will only be tolerated to an acceptable degree. Not only have you crossed that line, but you’ve daintily skipped over to the house on the other side and stolen the food in the fridge by breaking in to it through a window. ### 3/5 — Missing shuffle *2023-12-03* Should have an option to shuffle items when playing through the photos or videos ### 3/5 — The Loading or uploading when you just open the app. *2022-11-15, version 2.9.1* Can you please remove the loading files in the beginning, as it is so obvious, maybe update it and make it after putting the password not before the password PLEASE! ### 3/5 — Ok but.. *2022-10-22* App itself is great, however the password reminder feature makes it quite easy for someone to access your files. Simply click forgot password on the Home Screen and it sends it to your email. If someone already had access to your phone they most likely can also get to your emails on the same device.
