Apple locked my App Store account unless I paid and then said they would refund. Paid for a year and then refund was denied. All requests to resolve this issue were denied. How is it good business to force someone to buy your product for a year when they didn’t want it? ### 1/5 — Do not purchase! *2026-05-21* Buyer beware. I cancelled my 7 day trial and was charged $99 anyway. Apple REFUSED to refund my money. I appealed that. They denied my appeal. The company has no way of reaching them other than telegram, where they tell you they cannot issue refunds and to contact Apple.
