We’re constantly updating and improving our features, so feel free to share any suggestions you may have to help us get better! ### 3/5 — Like the website (and app), needs a lot of work! *2025-11-30* I use the online version a LOT, I do wish the youngest age could go down to 5. I also wish we could put the age of the person in the photo. Best yet, I REALLY wish we could put text to prompt it. An example, I’ll upload a photo of two teens (me and my brother) wrestling (we are 14 and 16), and the generated photo set for us both being 11 will make us look like the current age with a few differences and we are hugging now, wearing same clothes or slightly different maybe a small age difference. This is no matter the settings. Being able to prompt, show the two boys, one age 14 the other age 16 both as 11 on the ground wrestling keeping the background the same, making the clothes appropriate and removing the shadow, would help. It’d also hopefully help make a body less weird (twisted backwards when can’t see the fact as it’s facing straight ahead photo from back or whatever). That’s also a big issue that I have to sometimes generate 5 photos to get a real good, not even close to similar photo. **Developer response:** We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had and thank you very much for taking the time to give us valuable suggestions. Wish you a pleasant experience! ### 2/5 — Change in Subscription Plan makes App *2024-11-23, version 7.0.10* This App worked better before update. It was simpler to use and worked more efficiently. The desired results are still there but I find each picture needs to be cycled through multiple times to get that result. Which brings me to the subscription plan. Previously if you subscribed for a week you had unlimited use of the App for a week. Now subscribing for “a week”means buying 30 credits or in my case 10 pictures. They do not tell you how many credits you need for each picture but that is what I was able to do before my credits ran out. I still have more pictures to do so I resubscribed for “a week” but the overnight delay in receiving the credits means I will have to wait to finish my project. Nope. Everything costs more money. I paid for the subscription, I paid extra money to enhance my video, and I can’t even download it. I couldn’t download it on my phone despite having more than enough storage space. I tried logging in on my computer, but the download was a safari link that doesn’t work. And it only gives me 7 days to download the video I paid to enhance, then it will delete it forever. Super disappointing. We will provide 1-on-1 technical support to ensure you successfully download your video. ### 1/5 — Hit & Run Scam App *2025-11-11* At first glance you might think it’s an actually working upscaling app, but when you start video processing and tries to download the video the process gets stucked at 91% and your credits gets wasted. The app was designed for scamming by design. **Developer response:** The credits consumed due to the final failure of the task will be automatically refunded. Meanwhile, we will carefully investigate the relevant problem you reported. Finally，we apologize for the poor experience caused by the issue you encountered. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-11-06, version 8.1.30* Uploaded a video and earned the free coins to try out downloading the full AI enhanced quality video and see the results, instead of getting the full video like I paid for with the coins, they instead scammed me with a 5 second video. Well, I was pretty sure you took my money, so I double-checked, and my subscription is supposed to be good until July 2025.
