After looking at their Privacy Policy, which is horrendously invasive, I didn't agree. Why would I agree to give up all private information, including medical and biometric data, to a pizza company? My partner and I have been going to Blaze Pizza since forever, saw a Pieology and decided to try it..MUCH more affordable! We pay about the same for TWO pizzas here for ONE pizza there! NEVER going back! And their rewards points are actually worth it and the employees don’t tell you that you can’t use them here unlike Blaze Pizza lol. Never going back. There has been numerous notifications saying my order was picked up, cancelled, remade, cancelled, and then remade again. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA IN THE APP. You would have to search for their phone number online and even then, there will be no help. The app is not even run by Piology, so why deceive. Won’t let you you even upload a receipt without adding your credit card number. Tried giving my number to the dude at checkout, he inputted it but didn’t receive rewards points for it.
