Share the image or PDF from Mail and choose "Copy to PiePlot". It lands in the same review screen as a photographed receipt, and PDFs are read as they are — nothing needs printing or screenshotting. • New "Remind for me" on a sent invoice: PiePlot emails your client a polite reminder at 1, 7 and 14 days past due, then stops. Replies come straight to you. It's off by default and set per invoice. • Business Home now shows only your company's activity — personal and group expenses no longer appear in the business feed. • Small fixes and stability improvements throughout. ### 1.5.5 — 2026-08-27 Your business now has both sides of the books. • Record money in — four quick questions, no jargon • Invoices: create one, mark it paid, and the income (and the GST/HST you collected) files itself • See what you kept — money in, money out, and profit leading your Year • Tax, set aside as you go: a running GST/HST set-aside plus an income-tax dial, so April doesn't surprise you • Approaching the $30,000 GST/HST registration threshold? You'll know before your accountant has to tell you • Unpaid invoices show how long they've been waiting — send a friendly reminder in one tap • Your accountant's export and secure link now include income, clearly separated from expenses • Snap the same receipt twice and PiePlot asks before saving a duplicate Plus better large-text layouts and small fixes throughout. ### 1.5.2 — 2026-08-26 Mileage, your own tax rates, and two ways to catch up on a year. • Log a trip and PiePlot applies the published rate for your year and region, tiered where the rules are tiered. If we don't have a rate for that year, it says so instead of guessing. • A new Tax rules screen shows exactly which percentages are being applied to your expenses, where each one came from, and lets you change any of them if your accountant tells you otherwise. Anything you've changed is listed together, so you can see your own edits at a glance. • Import a bank statement. Export a CSV from your online banking and PiePlot reads it on your phone — the file is never uploaded to us or to any AI service. It shows you what it made of the file before anything is added, ticks only the transactions you don't already have, and leaves payments and refunds out. • Give your accountant access. Send a link to their email address; opening it needs a code we email to that same address, so the link on its own isn't enough. You choose whether they can just read your books or also correct a category, you set when it expires, and you can withdraw it at any moment. Fixes: • An edit could be quietly lost if it landed while the app was syncing. It no longer can. • In Business mode, an expense we couldn't recognise was being counted as fully deductible. It's now left out of the total and listed for you to categorise, so the figure is never higher than what you've actually reviewed. • Better recognition of restaurants and cafés, which are only half deductible. ### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-20 New: Business mode — a third way to use PiePlot, alongside Couple and Group. Snap a receipt, forget it, hand your accountant the whole year in April. • Scan receipts straight into your company's books, with tax captured per line rather than estimated • Year view: every month of your fiscal year at a glance, and anything still missing detail • One-tap accountant export — a CSV ledger plus the receipt images backing it up • Meal and entertainment rules applied for you (Canada and US) Also in this release: • Quick Entry now works — it had been failing silently for Pro subscribers • Receipts file on the date you bought them, wherever you are in the world • Exports are ordered by date and match the dates shown on screen ### 1.4.10 — 2026-07-19 Splitting across currencies — like a trip abroad — now just works: • Your combined Reports, home balance, and Overall Balances roll up into one preferred currency, even when your groups use different ones. • Set your preferred currency in the "You" tab. • Cleaner money formatting, and a clearer Groups list that shows who owes what and each group's size at a glance.
