I downloaded the app and attempted to register with no luck. Tried a password reset and it still won’t work. Unable to use this app, too bad, we love the eggplant and ricotta pizza.

Set up password.  Pw didn’t work  tried to reset - received email without link.  Tried this multiple times & same result.  So - guest checkout.  Data collection isn’t smart -doesn’t use data from phone or pw vault.  Not smart enough to split payment between gift card & cc.  Whoever built this seems to have successfully created the most frustrating app user experience possible.

This app is not integrated to their kitchen system so does not properly schedule making the order based on availability of kitchen staff or sequence of the locations orders.  Really delayed my order.  Always call in your order if you want reasonably fast service.  I tried the app once and will go back to calling!  Good thing I love the food and service of the staff!

Since delivery is not an option, I don’t care to provide my full address. However, the app will not allow me to create a sign-in profile without this.
As a result, I have been ordering as a guest each time. 
This is very time-consuming, as a LOT of information is required to be entered for each order.
It would be nice if I could just order a pizza without having my privacy violated.  However, I guess selling my data is too profitable an opportunity for Piesano‘s to pass up.
