Also started off on the wrong foot automatically having a home feed of people I don’t know, so you’d have to clean it up I guess. I need simplicity!! ### 3/5 — Not a fan of the new update/UI *2026-08-23* I stopped using this app a few months ago and recently redownloaded it because I missed it, but after returning, I find the UI and features are way more busy and convoluted than I last remember. There's more features which make it more confusing, the UI is very glitchy and buggy (my navigation bar disappears often and I have to reopen the app to fix it), and I just feel a bit more claustrophobic when using the app in comparison to when I did when I initially downloaded it for the first time last year. I really hope you guys will work on the bugs and also maybe fix up the amount of popups and buttons and busy things on the screen, it makes it feel a bit more clunky to use and I find it more difficult to focus on the things I'm trying to do/I end up accidentally clicking something I didn't mean to because I'm trying to look for another feature. Also, not a fan of the whole credits thing, though I understand the app needs funding somehow, I just hope you guys won't overly push people to buy premium or purchase credits with popups, labels, and banners. ### 4/5 — Too many notifications *2026-08-20* Really dope idea but don’t need 10 notifications a day guys about things I don’t follow. Deleting these invasive apps finally felt like getting some breathing room, and using PI like an outlet instead of a distraction, like other platforms, feels worth it. I was also automatically following around 80 people (?), and the constant spam emails were so annoying too. Finally, trying to delete my account was nearly impossible. I looked everywhere, checked on Google, and when I tried to log in on the web, it didn't even recognize my password or email, it was a whole ordeal. I finally found a post from 2025 where someone was asking how to delete their profile (poor person still has their account up, it seems they never figured it out). When I followed the link in the reply comment, the ‘Delete account' button was hidden in the tiniest neon blue text at the very bottom. Doesn’t matter if I remove and reinstall, doesn’t matter if I’m on pc. I just can’t get back into my account. Drives me nuts.
