There’s a “convenient web app for office staff” yet patients cannot log in at all. Patients cannot see their images, lab results, private health documents, patient forms, visit reports, etc. This is all uploaded to a patients chart for doctor/staff use only. And guess what? NONE of these text messages upload to the patients actual portal they can access……again, for doctors eyes only. As as patient I do not recommend this App. If a doctor would like to text patients only, they should just get a google number for that!
