This app is definitely the most user friendly and has a great UI. I had an issue creating my first loan and customer service was excellent and resolved my issue perfectly. Looking forward to using the app more going forward ### 2/5 — Significant delays in payment processing *2024-11-25* The app documentation states that card payments will be deposited to the recipients account in 1-4 business days. It’s now been 11 business days and the funds are still sitting somewhere in limbo with Pigeon. Beware if it’s a bank to bank transfer (not credit card)…processing will take even longer, up to 3 weeks! This deviates significantly from other payment platforms. Not sure why Pigeon does this. They were getting my $7.99/mo already for the convenience of in-app payments, but now I’ll just cancel that feature, use Venmo for the payment, then log the manual payment in Pigeon for free. The app is so simple and straightforward. After the first deposit, funds arrived really fast after 2 business days. This app does a great job organizing loans and keeping everything on schedule with payment reminders. Lending and borrowing money from friends and family is now less stressful. Above all those get things, customer service is superb. Throughout my time with Pigeon Loans Brian has always been able to answer my questions in a very timely manner. There was even an issue recently with my account. I emailed support and literally within 10mins on a Sunday Brian fixed the issue. That is AMAZING dedication to this project.
