## What is Pigeon Mail?

Pigeon Mail is a messaging app with a slow heart. Your words don't arrive in a second — they are carried, kilometre by kilometre, by a pigeon you raised yourself.

Place your loft on the map. That is where every flight begins and ends. Write a letter, pick the pigeon you trust with it, and watch it cross real streets and rivers until it lands at your friend's loft.

RAISE A FLOCK
Five breeds, each with its own character: the steady Classic, the round Chonk that barely eats, the quick Racer, the sturdy Buff and the clever Scholar that keeps learning all the way to level 20. Every kilometre flown is experience, and a grown pigeon flies noticeably faster than the one you started with.

DRESS THEM UP
Caps, scarves, goggles, flowers and the odd crown. Everything you buy stays in your wardrobe and moves from pigeon to pigeon whenever you like.

EARN AND SPEND
Coins come in with every delivery. Spend them on a new pigeon — you choose its colour when you buy it — or on something for the wardrobe.

WATCH THE JOURNEY
The map shows where your pigeons are right now, how far they still have to go and when they are due. Every arrival gets its own little ceremony.

WRITE TO FRIENDS
Add friends, keep a thread per person and read back everything that ever landed.

No feeds, no read receipts, no endless scrolling. Just letters that take their time.
