Need WiFi to find a location but I am on WiFi! Pretty useless app. Developers need to do a better job or find a new developer. ### 1/5 — Can’t login without card number *2023-11-22, version 1.18.1* I don’t use a physical card, I always type in my phone number when I purchase my groceries at Piggly Wiggly for my rewards. I wanted to use the app to use digital coupons, but you made it difficult and I can’t login without a card number. Should have other options like logging in with a phone number and sending a verification text or something. I don’t want to go through the inconvenience of getting a brand new card either and losing my points on my current card I’ve had for years. Website keeps wanting to default to an area I don’t live, even though I put in a local address that has a local store! You can’t check off items or share between devices like before. ### 1/5 — Removed shopping list features *2025-10-20* I am very dissatisfied with the updates to the app. Shopping lists items are no longer saved across devices. You cannot have more than one shopping list. And you can no longer easily check off an item from the list. You can only remove it. Tried to log in and the app just kept spinning and then went back to the login screen. Cashier couldn’t manually enter the digital coupon discounts and had to put the groceries back. So much easier to get to my coupons — wow 810 of them ### 4/5 — Website missing information for login *2025-10-12, version 2.19.4* I like the updated app and website, but the option to get a code by phone on the website is not possible, according to the FAQ’s, once you are registered, you should be able to enter your phone number at shopthepig.com and choose ‘Get code by call’. Well, I did that and that option is not on the website. It is only available on the app. I would like the app and the website to have the same options. I have a mobile land line, which cannot receive text messages. I hope the website will get fixed soon. ### 3/5 — Can’t add multiple items to a shopping list *2018-11-17, version 1.2.7* This app needs work. I created a shopping list and was able to add one item to it.
