No location nearby (even though I know I do). Looks sketchy like they are trying to steal information. Don’t download it ### 3/5 — Normally ok, new update?? *2026-07-09, version 1.2.3* Normally I don’t have much issue. I tried to log in today and it won’t let me log in and is not sending the change password email. I use the same pw for like everything soooo ### 1/5 — Not Working *2026-06-24, version 1.2.3* App will no longer log me in, tells me credentials not valid but I already reset my password and it’s still not working ### 1/5 — App crashes *2026-03-06, version 1.2.3* Just downloaded the app for the first time and every time I try to book a service or create an account it crashes and closes. ### 1/5 — No locations *2025-08-05, version 1.2.3* I had been hopeful that this app would be more convenient than logging into the website every time, but unfortunately the app doesn’t find any locations no matter what I search for. I have tried turning on location services for the app and I know there is a location within a few miles, but it still doesn’t find any locations and therefore the app can’t be used to schedule anything. What a bummer! ### 3/5 — Great for scheduling, but app has one little downside *2023-03-16, version 1.1.6* Love going to Pigtails & Crewcuts and I love the ease of scheduling cuts through the app. The app had never let me add individual kids to my account though. The drop down for date of birth doesn’t work, at least on my iPhone, so it looks like my kids were just born today. I just schedule like I’m the one getting a kids cut and let the person at the front know which kid is really there for a cut that day. ### 5/5 — Easy app to use *2022-07-05, version 1.1.5* This helped me when I needed to schedule all my kids at the same time. Adding children to the account and cannot enter proper birthdate. The app auto defaults to current date and does not allow for modification. Tried to make an appointment for current day only to be told by the actual facility that they were booked for the day. The app did not tell me that.
