But every time something goes wrong. It is a huge waste of money and time. You are much better off finding the restaurant’s number and ordering directly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2025-10-21, version 5.7.93* I have been to over 20 countries including Asia, Europe, Africa but this is the worst delivery app I have ever seen. Many of the times food is delivered cold because of delay from rider. I ended up calling the business and they said that the piki rep was not there and didnt give them the order until an hour late. Ive tried this app, and i wanted it to work, but it doesnt have the infrasructure to run well yet. The drivers will not find you, they will take 1 hour + for the delivery and they will still charge you. Absolutely ridiculous, zero customer service. You people make enough money so there should not be an excuse as to why you don’t have a team constantly keeping the app functioning ### 2/5 — Maybe Bribe the Government… *2022-04-16* Maybe Piki should bribe the government into using some that money to make and pave the streets in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. If you live in a well known area you’ll probably have no problem getting food delivered. But if you live anywhere else you will get several phone calls asking you for directions and your food will be ice cold when you finally get it. After waiting 3 hours I called the restaurant and canceled my order. I’ve learned my lesson. Do better or don’t deliver to certain areas. ### 2/5 — Needs better GPS capabilities *2021-03-25* Dar barely has street names, with many MANY roads called “unnamed road” why not find a way to integrate WhatsApp’s location pin into the app? It’s so frustrating always trying to explain where you’re located when your house is “unnamed road” in a place that doesn’t have street names.
