This app is terrible, filled with bugs. I tried to place an order here after hearing about the numerous discounts available. However, when I attempted to purchase from the discount page using Apple Pay, the transaction failed. Despite this, the app assumed my coupon was used without confirming if the payment actually went through. Can't your developers implement such a basic feature? I tried to leave feedback within the app but couldn't find a place to do so. Left with no choice, I'm giving a one-star review on the App Store.

Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your payment. Currently, we support only Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you were unable to complete the payment, we recommend contacting your bank for assistance. Additionally, we are more than happy to help resolve any issues you encountered during the payment process.

Regarding the issue with the coupon, please provide us with more details by emailing us at support@pikmo.com.au. Please note that PikMo does not offer coupons. The Vouchers (or Sets) sold on PikMo are verified by the respective merchants. If you faced any issues during the voucher verification process, please contact us, and we will work with the merchant to resolve the issue.
