Maybe an okay app, but who knows, can’t get past the registration link due to bad UI decisions. (And yes, these are app specific and not phone/user issues). ### 3/5 — Why does this app need to track my location ALL the time? *2026-05-14, version 4.5.15* People: check your location settings and change it immediately! It’s an app that does what an app is supposed to do I suppose. And we all need more apps, with more usernames and passwords, right? Anyway, let’s get down to the real reason. I’m writing this with you: why the h*ll does this app want my location to always be on? The app frequently harasses you to change the preference setting from while using app to always on. Now, why does the app need to know where you are all the time? If you have this thing set to always on, it knows everywhere you go! Typed in phone number but the number pad covers the submit button so I can not confirm my identity. Terrible place to put the submit button. ### 1/5 — Poorly coded app *2026-05-01, version 4.5.15* Sadly my sons school forces me to use this app, otherwise we go back to the end of the line. The app NEVER keeps either my wife or I logged into the app. Every single day we have to log in. So if I pull up and forget to check the app, back to the end of the line. Should be a simple thing to fix on yalls part. I have deleted and reinstalled the app plenty of times. I have also restored my phone and set it up as a new phone. So that eliminates my phone being the problem. Edit 5-1-26 in response to the developer response. Yes, the app is set for me to stay logged in. I then have to reenter email and password to access the app despite checking “use biometrics” daily. In addition, our teachers and students morale is down since using this app. We’re a small school and this feels like a very unnecessary add. It has made our school go from personal to transactional. One school feels crazy, jockeying for a parking space and having to dodge other drivers crossing the parking lot. The other school has an organized drive through que, we sign in with Picmykid, vehicles stay in the que, kids and staff know who is on campus and when they with checked in drivers. It’s an excellent app and system for school security and parking lot safety.
