I have since been very consistent in attending multiple in-person mat classes per week for the past 5+ years. Life is now much busier so I do need the ability to practice at home - this app is absolutely perfect for this. Bryony’s instruction is clear and precise and the classes are challenging but achievable. Bryony’s teaching is on a par, if not better, than the teachers I love and I have experienced in-person. She is most certainly better than the fancy central London studio classes I have attended over the years. I never feel like I am over exerting myself in the app classes but I definitely feel the impact in my muscles the next day! For me, this is ideal because I end the class feeling relaxed and energised for my day. If you’re on the fence, go for it and get the subscription!
