Today was my first Pilates class, and it was a great experience. The workout was very intense, which showed me how much I need to work on strengthening my core. The instructor Alexia was excellent, very detailed in explaining each movement and making sure we understood proper form. I left feeling challenged but motivated, and I’m looking forward to continuing over the next few months. Highly recommend!
