Karen’s made a different kind of app here. Totally geared towards teachers, it feels like a “behind the scenes” look at how she runs her studio and works with clients. Love the cues and longer lectures she keeps adding! My favorite Pilates companion app. PfAB also has mat/reformer classes for my own workouts too
