Our space offers energizing Pilates group classes on high quality reformers trusted by studios worldwide, as well as private and duet sessions on the renowned Cadillac. We ensure that every client, from injured to beginner and advanced, has the tools and support to thrive. We also offer class packs and monthly membership options to fit your lifestyle needs.

Here’s a look at our Pilates classes:

Foundations – Beginner-friendly and capped at 6 people, this class takes the intimidation out of Pilates. Learn how to set up your reformer, adjust springs, and move with proper form while building strength and confidence to take on the next level.
Level 1 – Step beyond the basics with a focus on core strength, balance, and stability. A steady pace and clear instruction make this the ideal bridge from Foundations.
Level 2 – More resistance, dynamic sequences, and smooth transitions. This class builds endurance, challenges control, and connects strength with fluid movement.
Level 3 – Advanced sequences designed to push your limits. Expect higher resistance, complex choreography, and next-level strength and stamina.
Cardio – Add intensity to your Pilates practice with the jump board. This heart-pumping class blends cardio bursts with reformer precision for a full-body sweat.
Strength – Pilates meets resistance training. Using added weights and reformer work, this class sculpts muscle, builds power, and delivers a true strength workout.
