I absolutely love this Pilates app! It’s perfect for traveling. I can fit in a workout anywhere, whether I’m in a hotel room or a park. The classes are easy to follow and offer great variety. It keeps me active and centered on the go! Highly recommend it!

An amazing app and so easy to setup my own personal class whenever I need a good stretch. Very empowering and I’m feeling the benefits already. Verity is a wonderful instructor and I can easily do the classes in private, as quiet as a field mouse.

I’m still exploring all this app has to offer but you I can tell a great deal of attention to detail has been exerted in it’s creation very user friendly beautifully designed and in Verity you could not want for a better teacher highly proficient but totally accessible and engaging and endearing, I hope you enjoy your empowering journey with Verity as much as I am😊

I have actually subscribed to a couple of different big name Pilates apps out there and this is by far my favourite. The app is clear bright and easy to navigate. Most importantly, the classes!!! So impressed by the variety of targeted movements, even only fitting in a short workout you will feel and see a difference.

What I love about the app is you can pick a duration that suits you ranging from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. I have been focusing on abs based work outs and I can already see the difference! This has helped me control my flexibility when doing pole dancing.
