Unlike most of the available Pilates apps which are little more than a list of links to publicly available YouTube videos, this is a logical series of workouts performed by a Pilates instructor. The workouts are challenging and have definitely helped me improve my bod and attitude! Abs, gluts, arms, everything works well for me. The instructors voice is pleasing and easy to understand. The movies need an wireless connection can be slow at times, however the content is right for me.
