Pilates will transform the way you move and feel.  The Pilatify App gives you Pilates in your pocket with a range of live-streamed classes and on-demand content plus a sense of community and purpose.

Pilatify classes are aimed at those who are 50+ and offer a range of options within the class so you can tailor the workout to your body.  Your teacher Claire has 10 years experience of teaching Pilates, and 4 years experience of teaching Pilates online.  Her manner is easy-going and encouraging, her classes are creative without being rushed, and provide the perfect blend of strengthening, stretching and mobility work.

I’ve been using Pilatify regularly for 4 months and couldn’t recommend it enough. Giving you that flexibility of being able to take a class whenever suits you is a game changer for me. Claire is wonderful and has a very calming style of teaching. Not only are Claire’s classes great for your body they’re good for your soul too! This app is a great investment towards a healthier you 🧘‍♀️
