## What is Pilatus Customer Service?

The Pilatus Aircraft Ltd Customer Support App provides information and support functionalities for Pilatus PC-24, PC-12 and PC-6 aircraft customers.

The map overview shows the worldwide PC-24 and PC-12 Service Network and provides information and contact details about every Service Center including instant communication access via phone or email. All AOG numbers can be called directly.

With enabled localization mode, the closest Service Center appears including distance, address, ICAO airport code and all contact information.

Service Centers can be set as favorites in the app and easily saved as contacts on your mobile device.

The Pilatus customer support contact details are shown. A contact form is provided to send a message to the dedicated representative.

A publication overview shows the Documentation Status Lists for PC-24, PC-12 and PC-6, initial pages of each Service Bulletin, complete Service Letters as well as some manuals.

Direct access to the Pilatus Aircraft YouTube and Vimeo channels and the Honeywell Aerospace Training TV.

In the “Multimedia” menu links to all available apps are provided. Links to brochures, photos, calendars and media articles are listed.

Links to the websites of the main PC-12 suppliers provide access to more product and service information.

Direct access to MyPilatus including registration functionality.

Furthermore:
Events where Pilatus is represented. Further information about the events are provided. The events can be saved in the personal calendar.
Pilatus press releases.
Direct online access to the Pilatus Shops.

Contact Pilatus: Additional AOG Number introduced. Distinction between Tech Support and Parts Support where applicable.
Owner/Operator Information: Implementation of an interactive form to submit aircraft information data to the Pilatus Customer Service. Registration forms for Pilatus PC-12 e-News and MyPilatus Customer Portal added.

Publications: Direct link to the PC-12 Pilot Information Manual (PIM) added and document reader implemented. ‘Share’ and ‘Open in..’ is possible as well.
