## What is Piles D&C?

Design and estimating tool for reinforced concrete section of cast-in-situ bored or CFA piles.

Featuring:
* Slide through predefined set of parameters to swiftly configure pile section.
* Estimate 
material (concrete, reinforcement) and drilling cost.
* Standard bar diameters with bundling options, and custom configurations for transverse (ligatures)and inner ring.
* Visualise the design to check constructibility – clear bar spacing for concrete flow between longitudinal bars.
* Support for both Metric (mm, metres, ton, MPa) and Imperial (inch, feet, ksi, kips) unit systems.
* PDF report with detailed quantity and section drawing.
* Save to store or share pile designs – after the free trial period the app becomes a free viewer for everyone.
* Full iPad multitasking support; open two designs side by side and even a third one on a floating view.
