I can take up to 1 pill every six hours. This app takes away the risk of taking to much to often. Keeps me at a safe dosage level. At my age I can easily forget if and when I had my last pill. I entered headaches as a drug because I have migraines so recurrently and it helps me to be able to see how often they are happening and to be able to notate the triggers. I have several chronic illnesses and I use this app religiously. It prevents me from overdosing because when you take medicine regularly you sometimes forget if you took it at 3 today or was that yesterday that you took it at 3? I can just open the app and look. I try to track the medicine when I’m taking it and feel I have made it a habit.
