Man muss auf jeden Fall ein Abo abschließen, sonst kann man kein Medikament hinzufügen.

Das Hinzufügen von Medikamenten ist Teil der kostenpflichtigen Funktionen, da die eigentliche Funktion der App in Erinnerungen und Zeitplänen liegt. Es würde wenig Sinn ergeben, Medikamente hinzufügen zu können, wenn die Erstellung von Einnahmeplänen und Benachrichtigungen weiterhin gesperrt wäre.

Vor einer Entscheidung können aber alle Funktionen kostenlos getestet werden. Der Zugriff auf die Funktionen ist entweder über ein Abonnement oder alternativ über eine Lifetime-Lizenz möglich.

This is only one app I found that has critical alerts. I really like it because I used to miss my medication whenever my phone was on silent.

Can we get some more alarming alarm noises and at least a notification badge for $7??????

UPDATE: As of version 4.0 (January 18, 2026), we've added Critical Alerts support that bypasses Do Not Disturb, a sound selector with 15 attention-grabbing alarm options, and notification badges on the app icon. Please give the updated version a try, we'd love to hear your updated thoughts!
