### 5/5 — All in One Place

*2026-10-22*

Text messages, phone calls, shared photos - all over the place and none tied to a specific job for traceability!! Ugh!! Until Pillaro came along to resolve the problem at the price point any contractor can afford. Streamlined communication with your crew and everything is housed in one spot under one job - chat, files, photos, tasks, punch lists, AI generated reports with photos of progress, etc. You’ve gotta try it if you’re a contractor with multiple crews. Game changer!!

### 5/5 — Easiest way to manage the team!

*2026-06-02*

Pillaro cleaned up all our communication issues for all our projects. Every employee and sub contractor knows exactly what to do and when. No more excessive phone calls, just a quick photo upload and boom it’s done. Love it!

### 5/5 — I wish I had this app sooner

As a remodeling company manager, this app makes everything easier. The storage of photos and organizing them by individual projects is incredible. My crews had no issues transitioning to Pillaro and we have drastically minimized miscommunications.

This app is what I’ve been looking for to streamline my business. User friendly for my team to use. Everything in one place to keep my business on track! Highly recommend!!
